How to present a session.

Sessions at KW CultureCamp can be about almost anything. We're looking for people from the community to cover a number of different topics to help tell the story of Kitchener-Waterloo. We might have contacted you requesting you attend and present a session or you may have read about us in the paper, no matter what, here's how sessions work at KW CultureCamp.

  1. Come prepared to KW CultureCamp to present your session. You should have emailed us your session name in your registration form.
  2. You might not get to present! It's okay. People like you! We just think it's possible to have too much interest and not enough time. We're working hard to accomodate everyone who wants to present. Session order is determined at the event, KW CultureCampers determine the content of the event.
  3. Write your name and session on the wall. We'll provide a space and an open grid that will be filled in while everyone enjoys a light breakfast.
  4. Present your session according the grid! Bring your laptop or let us know ahead of time and we can try to accomodate session presentation requirements.
  5. Make your session notes/images/slides available online for everyone. This is the spirit of KW CultureCamp! We're generating content about who we are. The future KW CultureCamp website will become a community resource helping connect people with common interests.
